These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website YouChain.online, our automated Discord-server generation platform, and our associated bot ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. 1. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older to use YouChain. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 2. Description of Service YouChain provides: AI-powered Discord server generation from a single prompt Fully automatic setup via our Discord bot A credit-based system for generating servers Automatic credit refunds when a prompt fails due to system error To use the Service, you must grant our bot the required permissions in your Discord server. 3. User Responsibilities You agree to: Follow all applicable Dutch, EU, and international laws Follow the Terms of Service and policies of Discord Provide accurate information during account creation Only use the bot for lawful and permitted purposes Not abuse or exploit the credit system Not attempt to modify, copy, or reverse-engineer our bot or platform You are responsible for all actions taken within your own Discord servers. 4. Credit System Credits must be purchased before generation attempts. One (1) credit equals one (1) full server generation attempt. If an attempt fails due to system or AI error, the credit is automatically refunded. Successful generations are not refundable. Credits cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or resold. Credits have no monetary value outside our platform. 5. Payments Payments are processed through PayPal, a third-party payment processor. We do not store or access your payment data. You agree to comply with PayPal’s own terms and conditions. 6. Service Availability We strive for stable uptime but do not guarantee the following: uninterrupted service error-free functionality permanent availability success of any AI-generated configuration We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. 7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted under Dutch and EU law: YouChain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for Discord platform outages, bot downtime, lost servers, or user misconfigurations. We do not guarantee engagement, success, or performance of the generated Discord server. Use the Services at your own risk. 8. Account Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts for: abuse of the refund system fraud or unauthorized payment activity illegal or harmful use violating Discord policies attempting to exploit or harm the system You may request account deletion through support. 9.
